1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that co-accused Sk. Jan Ali has been granted bail by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 14th February, 2025 in CRM (DB) 3908 of 2024. Learned counsel submits that the present petitioners are also identically placed.

2. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the bail application but has fairly submitted that the present petitioners are similarly placed as to the Sk. Jan Ali who has been admitted to bail.

3. Perusal of the record indicates that the chargesheet has already been filed. As per the injury report, injuries are simple in nature.

4. Accordingly, this Court directs that the petitioners, namely, Sk. Ajuba @ Sk. Samiruddin, Sk. Sekimuddin @ Sakimuddin, Sk. Intaj @ Sk. Sadhujamal and Sk. Ejaj @ Sk. Ajaj, shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Dubrajpur, Suri, Birbhum, subject to the conditions that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Trial Court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witness and/or tamper with the evidence in any manner whatsoever.

5. In the event, the petitioners fails to comply with the conditions as enshrined hereinabove, it is open to the Trial Court to cancel the bail without further reference to this Court.

6. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed.

7. CRM (M) 1019 of 2025 is disposed of.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
