Petitioners have raised number of issues in the application wherein the subject matter of challenge relates to the provisions of Section 12 of the P.W.D.V Act, 2005 which is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Sealdah in connection with Domestic Violence Case No. 32 of 2023.

Learned advocate for the petitioners at the very inception intends to canvass all the points particularly with regard to the issues of enquiry not being detected.

Be that as it may as the petitioners have expressed their mind of getting an audience before the jurisdictional court I direct that the petitioners would be liberty to agitate the points canvassed in the present revisional application before the Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Sealdah, the learned Magistrate would consider the contentions and dispose of the application in accordance with law within a period of three months of filing of such application. Thus, the present revisional application being CRR 2414 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
