The application for anticipatory bail of all the petitioners were allowed on 5th July, 2024. However, in paragraph no. 4 only the name of first four petitioners have been mentioned. 2.

Accordingly, paragraph no.4 of the order dated 5th July, 2024 shall stand deleted and be replaced by the following order by incorporating the name of the left out petitioners: "Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners namely, Motifur Rahaman, Mojibur Rahaman, Nazibur Rahaman, Sahabul Sk @ Ashahabur Rahaman, Kiron Sekh @ Mobarak Rahaman, Musaraf Rahaman @ Musharaf Sekh and Sakibul Sk @ Saku shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the petitioners shall meet the I.O. once in a week till the

submission of final report. The petitioners shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rampurhat, Birbhum, in connection with G.R. Case No. 835 of 2024 within two weeks from date".

This order should be treated to be a part of the order dated 5th July, 2024.
