Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time despite earlier accommodation on 16th September 2022 in an 'Old Matter'.

Learned counsel for the State has produced a report in the form of instructions dated 05th September 2017 issued by the Officer-in-Charge, Nakashipara Police Station, Nadia addressed to the learned Government Pleader and the same is taken on record.

It is further submitted that charge sheet has been filed in this matter.

The petitioner may take appropriate steps against the chargesheet or any other proceedings if so permitted under the Cr.P.C. in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

In view of the disposal of the main writ petition, CAN 1 of 2017, if any, shall also stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
