The petitioner alleges that his OBC certificate has not been considered by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education and he has not been considered as a TET qualified candidate.

I direct the Deputy Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to look into the matter and to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by three weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order in this regard by two

weeks thereafter and supply a copy of the same to the petitioner or his learned advocate.

With the observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
