In view of the nature of the issue which is involved 20.03.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.14 Rakib and the earlier reports so submitted, the Commissioner of Kolkata Municipal Corporation will take a decision regarding the land which has been complained by the petitioner to be a taxi stand.

The Corporation will check from the records as to in which manner the same is appearing in its records. Notices be issued to the private respondents being respondent nos. 7 and 8 as also to the petitioner who has filed the instant writ petition. After affording audience to both the parties, the Commissioner would arrive at its finding and inform such outcome to both the parties concerned. A period of further four weeks be granted, if any party is aggrieved to seek redress of law. In case there is no order passed by any higher authorities or a Court of Law the Commissioner would pass necessary directions upon the police authorities to

take steps, so that no inconvenience be caused in the market complex concerned.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 15496 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
