Petitioner has filed this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking setting aside the order dated 7th April, 2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Durgapur in connection with Criminal Appeal No. 18 of 2015 thereby rejected the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act and also rejected the connected appeal preferred by the petitioner under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 against the order dated 17.09.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Durgapur in Misc.

Case No. 177 of 2014.

In spite of giving opportunity, no one represented the petitioner.

No accommodation sought for.

Accordingly, CRR 2266 of 2016 is, thus, dismissed for default.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.
