3) Considering the averments made in the application seeking recall of the order dated 16th July, 2024 and as costs was deposited pursuant to the order dated 12th December, 2025, order dated 16th July, 2024 stands recalled.

4) Writ petition is restored to its original file and number.

5) Application being CAN 2 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of.

6) Learned advocate representing the petitioner is directed to serve notice upon the

respondents or the learned advocates representing the respondents enclosing copy of this order by seven days from date and file affidavit of service on the next date.

7) Let the writ petition appear under the heading "Hearing" in the Monthly Combined List of February, 2026.
