Heard the learned counsels for the petitioners, the de facto complainant and the State.

Perused the case diary.

As the petitioner no.1 has been arrested during pendency of the proceeding, the application is dismissed as having become infructuous so far as he is concerned.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the injury report showing depressed fracture on head that required at least 17 stitches to repair and the statements of witnesses, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the other petitioners.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner nos.2, 3 and 4 also stands rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
