Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner no. 1 had murdered his wife. Minor child of the couple implicated her father i.e. petitioner no. 1 in the crime. We have considered the materials on record. There are ample materials connecting the petitioners with the murder of the housewife. Date has been fixed for recording evidence. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

Trial court is directed to proceed with the recording of prosecution evidence as expeditiously as possible and conclude the trial at an early date preferably within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
