The petitioners have assailed the order passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas dated 1st March, 2024 in MP Case No.831 of 2024 under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

It appears from the order impugned that the petitioners herein were restrained from making illegal construction over the plot in question. A report was also called for from the Officer in Charge, Kolkata Leather Complex police station in this regard. However, by an order dated 2nd May, 2024, the case has been dropped. In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR 2599 of 2024 has become redundant and is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
