Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioners have assailed the order passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas dated 1st March, 2024 in MP Case No.832 of 2024 under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

It appears from the order impugned that the Officer in Charge, Kolkata Leather Complex police station was directed to enquire and state whether there was any chance of breach of peace in connection with the case and to maintain peace and submit a report in that regard. However, the case has been dropped by an order dated 2nd April, 2024.

In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR 2600 of 2024 has become redundant and is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
