In such circumstances, the petitioner prays for relaxation with regard to the conditions imposed by order dated 30.07.2024 requiring the petitioner 'to remain within Daspur Police Station and the condition requiring the petitioner to report to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned Police Station once in a week' are waived.

All other terms and conditions of the order granting bail will remain the same.
