Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are in custody in excess of 322 days. The police are yet to collect the report from the Forensic Science Laboratory.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the commercial quantity of narcotic was seized from the possession of the petitioners.

Considering that commercial quantity of contraband was recovered from the possession of the petitioners, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. However, the police will obtain and report of the Forensic Science Laboratory and file the same with the jurisdictional Court as expeditiously as possible. CRM 6689 of 2021 is dismissed.
