Petitioner approached this Court for implementation of the order passed in Misc. Appeal No.14 of 2024 dated 24.04.2024.

I find that an information was sent subsequently to the Inspector-in-Charge, Chakdah Police Station as well as the Superior Officers of the Police of the District.

Having considered the facts of the case that the petitioner purchased the property in auction from the bank, I am of the considered opinion that the police authorities will take into account the order of the learned Additional District Judge, Kalyani, Nadia in Misc. Appeal No.14 of 2024 and would respect and obey the order concerned.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that presently the respondents are out of possession of the said property.

As none appears for the State, Mr. Samrat Paul, learned advocate, is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

In view of the directions passed above, I am of the opinion that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 16449 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
