Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the Civil Court is already in seisin of the issues in Title Suit no. 30/2025, so far as the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is concerned.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.5 is present and disputes the contention advanced in the writ petition.

Learned advocate for the State is present.

Having regard to the subject matter which has been canvassed, I direct that the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 15376 of 2025 is disposed of.
