1. Mr. Amal Kumar Sen, learned Senior Advocate represents Joynagar Police Station and has filed a report. The same is taken on record.

2. Joynagar Police Station explains that in respect of the incident, which occurred on 14th May, 2023, Police have registered FIR of even date. Investigation is complete and charge-sheet being C.S. No. 222 dated 30th June, 2023 has been filed. In respect of another complaint by the son of the petitioners against them, FIR was also registered and investigated and chargesheet being C.S. No. 278 of 2023 dated 31st July, 2023 has been filed.

3. In those circumstances, this Court finds no inaction on the part of the Joynagar Police Station.

4. This Court is of the view that the petitioners may take out appropriate civil proceedings in respect of the wall constructed by the private respondents.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.

6. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
