The petitioner has challenged the order dated 21.04.2023 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Purulia in connection with Criminal Revision No. 03 of 2023 arising out of the order dated 27th September, 2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Purulia in Misc. Case No. 92 of 2021.

The subject matter relates to the interim maintenance passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd court, Purulia being Rs.4000/- per month to the wife and Rs.3000/- to the minor child. The amount which has been awarded by the learned Magistrate had been affirmed by the sessions court do not call for any interference having regard to the present cost of living.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in dire state of affairs. If such is the condition, petitioner would prefer an application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The learned Magistrate would consider the same in accordance with law. No interference is made by this court.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional

application being CRR 2416 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
