Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure directly implicating the petitioner and the allegation that the petitioner is blackmailing the victim with objectionable materials, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is rejected. 3.
