None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either.

This is the writ petition of the year 2007 praying for a direction upon the respondents to allow the petitioner to appear in the interview for the post of Group-D in a senior Madrasahl scheduled to be held on 9th July, 2007.

By an order dated 4th July, 2007 a Co-ordinate Bench of this court permitted the petitioner to appear at the said interview.

Due to passage of time nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of.

No costs.
