The petitioner complains that the private respondent is harassing, abusing and threatening her and her family members for making recovery of loans and advances.

It is submitted that Behala Police has registered a GDE bearing Behala PS GDE No.940 dated 10th July 2022.

It is ordered that the enquiry in the aforesaid GDE should be completed expeditiously and, if necessary, FIR be registered.

The Behala Police shall take all necessary steps in aid of the FIR and investigate thereunder in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The report of the Officer-in-Charge, Behala Police Station, Kolkata dated 12th September 2022 is taken on record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
