Petitioner claims that petitioner is an aged lady who has purchased the property but is unable to enjoy the property as the miscreants as well as the private respondents have been obstructing the peaceful enjoyment of the property.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted an exhaustive report which includes that the property was purchased during the year 1983. Subsequently, a Civil Suit was instituted by the petitioner which was subsequently dismissed. Petitioner again approached the Lok Adalat.

Having regard to the steps taken by the petitioner, at this stage police authorities would not be in a position to act as an adjudicator. Police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS.

Having considered that the police authorities are well aware regarding the dispute between the petitioner

and the private respondents, police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 15368 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
