This is the writ petition of the year 2007 challenging a memo dated 20th June, 2007 issued by the Regional Transport Officer, Dakshin Dinajpur, Balurghat requesting the petitioner to ply vehicle maintaining the time table and destination as approved by the Regional Transport Authorities as per the time table mentioned in the said memo.

It appears that due to passage of time the writ petition has become infructuous and the same stands dismissed as such.
