Report reflects that already a case being Canning Police Station Case No.471 dated 30.10.2021 has been registered for investigation. The investigation is at the preliminary stage.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that police has not incorporated the vital sections while registering the FIR.

I find from the report that police has registered case under Sections

448/342/376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the sections which have been incorporated in the formal part of the FIR while registration of the same, I am of the view that no further order need be passed in the present application.

Accordingly, WPA 16688 of 2021 along with all connected applications is disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
