1. Though the petitioners have challenged the sale notice issued under Rule 191D of the West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rule, 2011, they presently submit that they are ready and willing to settle the outstanding amounts with the Bank.

2. The petitioners are at liberty to approach the Bank, if so advised, and settle the loan amount.

3. In the event the petitioners approach the Bank within December 8, 2025, the Bank will consider and dispose of their proposal for settlement within a reasonable time, preferably prior to fixation of the date of sale for the said property.

4. With the aforestated direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

6. Since no affidavit has been called for, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to be denied.

7.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
