Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of Rishra P.S. Case No.126 of 2024 dated 02.06.2024 being registered for investigation, but no proper steps were taken by the investigating officer of the case and in spite of such pen drive along with other electronic devices which the petitioner intended to hand over to the investigating officer, the same were not being accepted.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that on 01.07.2024 the pen drive was received by the investigating officer, on a subsequent date the printed documents were also seized from the victim. The investigation at the relevant stage was in progress. Having considered that the grievance of the petitioner at the relevant time was addressed by the investigating agency, I am of the view that there is no scope for further interference so far as the prayers in the writ petition are concerned. Petitioner, if she is

aggrieved, she would approach the jurisdictional court with her prayer which the learned jurisdictional court will consider in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16476 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
