The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure directing against the Order dated 28.05.2009 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bangaon in G.R. Case No. 583 of 1987 arising out of Gaighata Police Station Case No. 11 of 1987 dated 16.10.1987 under Sections 379/325/307 of the Indian Penal Code. In terms of the impugned order warrant of arrest was issued against the present petitioner. The application as well as the annexures does not warrant exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed.
