Ct. No.17 further submission made in this regard as to the confirmation of the petitioner and not receiving the Provident Fund Account and other papers including service book from her previous school has been settled fully.

Therefore, there is no other point for adjudication in this matter and the matter is disposed of.

The leaves taken by the petitioner for following dates such as 16.08.2022, 25.08.2022, 20.12.2022, 17.01.2023, 01.02.2023 and 09.02.2023 are to be treated as if she was on duty on those dates as she had to attend the court, not for her own fault but because of the non-performance of duties of the other authorities.

The list given by the petitioner of the leave is kept on record.
