Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the accused petitioners submits that the complainant opposite party had withdrawn the complainant case in question before the learned trial Court. He relies on an order dated 30.06.2025 passed in this regard and a copy of written instruction, which are taken on record. Accordingly, the petitioners would not like to press this matter. On the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.
