The instant application is filed under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the Order dated June 30, 2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court. Krishnanagar, Nadia in M.R. No. 40(iv)/10 under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure along with the order of maintenance in favour of the Opposite party no. 2 against the present petitioner.

On perusal of the application along with the annexures, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that it is not a fit case where this Court shall exercise of jurisdiction under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed.
