State has submitted a report which reflects that a formal case being Narendrapur PS Case No. 932 of 2025 dated 10.08.2025 has been registered under Sections 420/406 of the IPC.

Having considered that the police authorities have already taken steps, if the petitioner is aggrieved in respect of further act and actions of the private respondents,

the same may be communicated to the investigating officer of the case. If the petitioner is without any remedy since the jurisdictional court is in seisin of the issue of the said case, appropriate application may be advanced before the learned jurisdictional court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 15435 of 2025 is disposed of.
