The petitioner is appearing in person, he is directed to serve upon the Learned Advocate appearing for the opposite party. The grievance of the petitioner relate to pendency of Criminal Revision no.93 of 2016 before the 3rd Additional District Judge, First Track Court, Barrackpore. It is seen from the records of the revisional application that vide order dated 2.3.2020 in C.R.R. 681 of 2020 a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to direct the Revisional Court to dispose of the revisional application preferably within six months. The court thereafter definitely was operating in a staggered manner(due to Covid) but more than one and half years have passed since then.

In view of the earlier directions passed by this court I direct the Learned District Judge 24 Parganas(N) to communicate the concerned Revisional Court to give effect to the order dated

2.3.2020 passed in C.R.R 681 of 2020. All efforts must be taken by the concerned Revisional Court to dispose of the revisional application on the next date.

With the above observations CRR 2079 of 2021 is disposed of.
