Fatema ... for the respondent No. 6 Re The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of informing the police authorities, no steps have been taken.

According to the petitioner, in order to recover the money, the private respondent has been sending miscreants who are threatening him of dire consequences, as such, he is feeling insucured.

Learned advocate for respondent no.6, on the other hand, submits that the respondent no.6 has rightful claim and, whenever he demanded

for payment, the petitioner, in order to avoid such payment, tried to take aid of the police authorities for restraining the respondent no.6 from having his legal dues.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities are well aware regarding the nature of dispute, particularly, monetary transactions which has taken place including the part payment which has been made and the rest of the money which is still due.

Be that as it may, the police authorities have already drawn up a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS.

Having considered the submissions advanced by the respective parties, I am of opinion that as police authorities have already taken steps, they would continue their surveillance as also

ensure that no untoward incident results because of present strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondent(s).

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 15343 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
