The appeal is pending for a substantial period of time. Counsel for the State submits that due to the huge volume of cases, the disposal is taking time. Having regard to the submissions made by the parties, this court directs the Central Information Commission to dispose of the second appeal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations the writ petition is disposed of.
