Mr. Mrinal Kanti Ghosh ........for the petitioner Ms. Iti Dutta ....for the State respondents Mr. Anjan Bhattacharya Mr. Suman Chakraborty .....for Kalipur Swamiji High School The writ petition is taken up for consideration in terms of previous order dated 25th June, in presence of learned advocates representing the petitioner, State respondents and school authority of Kalipur Swamiji High School (HS), Arambagh, Hooghly.

Learned advocates appearing for the petitioner and respondents have jointly submitted that in terms of the directions as contained in order dated 25th June, 2024 passed by this Court updated Service Book on sanctioning leave in favour of the petitioner has

been forwarded to Prabartak Nari Mandir High School (HS), Chandernagore, Hooghly where petitioner is presently working.

However, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that Provident Fund amount of petitioner is lying in Arambagh treasury and since the concerned treasury in connection with present service of petitioner is Chandernagore treasury there is requirement to transmit the Provident Fund amount from Arambagh treasury to Chandernagore treasury.

If as per norms Provident Fund amount is required to be transmitted from Arambagh treasury to Chandernagore treasury, concerned District Inspector of Schools is directed to take necessary steps in this regard.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
