The petitioner complains that Coke Oven Police Station and Kanksa Police Station have not taken any steps in respect of the complaint lodged against the private respondents.

Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has not co-operated with the investigation or the enquiry and has not been found at his residence or at the place of work.

This Court cannot go into the other prayers made in the writ petition against the private respondents.

The police have indicated that in respect of the petitioner's complaint, proceedings under Section 107

of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been taken out.

This Court sees no inaction on the part of the police.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition must fail and is hereby dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
