Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer of direction upon the respondent no.2/ West Bengal Co-operative Election Commission for holding election of the Board of Directors of the society in question which was scheduled to be held in the year 2020. Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA No.15924 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to expedite the formalities of election of the society in question and complete the

election process within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation and direction, this writ petition being WPA No.15924 of 2022 stands disposed of. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
