Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 07.06.2024 wherein M.EX 293 of 2024 the process involved in execution case was kept in abeyance and the learned magistrate postponed the date.

According to the petitioner till date not a farthing has been paid to her and she had been pursuing the case for a considerable period of time.

Having considered the plight expressed by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, I direct that in case till date the opposite party has not paid and the execution case is still pending, the learned magistrate will exhaust harsher process of law and will take steps so that the opposite parties are compelled to comply with its directions.

It is further reiterated that having regard to the purpose for which the provisions of PWDV Act, 2005 was brought in force, learned magistrate will consider the reliefs claimed by the

petitioner in the AC 2596 of 2023 in accordance with the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of communication of this order. With the aforesaid observations CRR 2604 of 2024 is disposed of.
