None appears for the petitioners at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This is the writ petition of the year 2007 praying for a direction upon the Department of Higher Education to declare one year certificate course on Scientific Management of Livestock and their Health Care issued by the University of Burdwan is equivalent to the certificate offered by the Board of Veterinary Education, Directorate of Animal Resources and Animal Health, Department of Animal Resources Development, Government of West Bengal. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with this writ petition due to passage of time. In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
