In view of the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of the victim and her mother-in-law recorded before the learned Magistrate, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
