The grievance of the petitioner is directed against an order passed by the Employees Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal directing the petitioner to pay the prescribed amount under the Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during the pendency of this writ petition, the entire dues in terms of the impugned award have been deposited with the Provident Fund Authorities.

Mr. Prasad, Advocate appearing on behalf of the Provident Fund Authorities is present and

does not dispute the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

As such, WPA 16475 of 2024 stands dismissed.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
