1. No one appears on behalf of the either of the parties. No accommodation is sought for. This case is pertained in 2021.

2. By filing this revisional application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Petitioners have prayed for quashing of the FIR No. 37 dated 24.08.2021 corresponding to GR Case No. 55/2021 in connection with Howrah GRP Case No. 37/2021 dated 24th August 2021 under Section 63/68/69 of the Copy Right Act, 1957 and 468/469/471/482/483/486/420/120B IPC and 20 COTPA Act pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah.

This Court finds the petitioners have neither appeared earlier two dates nor accommodation had sought for.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, it seems the petitioners are no more interest to pursue the instant case.

5. Accordingly, CRR No. 2080/2001 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, be vacated.

6. Let the copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.
