This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by non-consideration of his prayer for increasing of the marks of his son in the examination of Class X for the academic year 2020-2021 in the English Language paper.

I have gone through the petition and the affidavits filed by the parties and upon perusal of the records and after hearing the submissions of the Counsel on behalf of the parties, it appears that there is no scope for interference in this writ petition as the marks have been calculated and formulated as per approval of the Supreme Court and the respondent-Board has reaffirmed the marks under appeal filed by the petitioner.

In light of the same, this writ petition is disposed of.
