The petitioner has preferred the instant criminal revision case with the prayer that directions may be given upon the Additional District Judge, Barasat, 1st Court, to expeditiously hear and dispose of the Misc. Case No.18/19, presently pending before it.

I find neither the petition to be in proper form nor the grounds for expeditious disposal, in exclusion of all the regular matters pending in the court, have been substantiated by the petitioner.

In such circumstances, I do not find it necessary to even issue a direction to serve the copy of the revisional application to the State. On the grounds as stated above, CRR 2081 of 2021 is dismissed.
