For the Petitioner Since the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of G.R. case no. 423 of 2007 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas, the matter may be disposed of without service of notice upon the opposite party. The opposite party shall not be prejudiced by order directing expeditious disposal of the case.

This Court is informed that the case pertains to FIR lodged on 14th March, 2007. Charge-sheet has been submitted on 30th September, 2007 and charge has been framed on 15th February, 2014. Considering the age of the case, learned trial Court is directed to dispose of the case within two years from the next date of hearing fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.
