1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case. Scuffle took place between two sets of neighbours. Other co-accused were granted bail after few days in custody.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He relies on the statements of the minor victims made before the Magistrate and their injury reports.

3. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of the minor victims and the injury reports, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
