Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent society in question in recording the name of the petitioner on the basis of an award dated 5th March, 2020 passed by the Arbitrator as appears at page 104 of the writ petition.

Considering the submission of the parties, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition in view of availability of statutory alternative remedy for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner before a Civil Court for execution of decree in question as

appears on reading of Section 174(2) of the West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011.

In view of the reason recorded above, this writ petition being WPA15944 of 2022 is dismissed. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
