This is an application for renewal of prayer for anticipatory bail. On the earlier occasion, the prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected after taking into consideration the report filed wherefrom it transpired that there are call details recording of conversation between the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and the persons arrested with the commercial quantity of narcotics. The coordinate Bench having regard to the aforesaid fact has rejected the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Since there is no change of circumstance, we are not inclined to allow the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. 4.

CRM (A) 2196 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
