It appears that there were several injuries inflicted on vital parts of the body of the victim including the head, face and the like. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the alleged roles ascribed to the present petitioners and the fact that investigation is going on, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
