1. Although the explanation offered for not being able to appear before the Trial Court as the learned Advocate representing the petitioners had misplaced the certified copy of the order is not quite appreciated as the server copy in such circumstances would have been more than sufficient.

2. Having regard to the fact that we are otherwise satisfied that the petitioners were entitled to anticipatory bail as recorded in our order dated 8th July, 2024, the time to appear before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate is extended by one week from date.

3. All other conditions shall remain unchanged.

4. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2024 is allowed and disposed of with the aforesaid modification.

5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Soumen Sen, J.) (Uday Kumar, J.)
